Joe Hart began his New York City real estate career in 2005, and with the guidance of his mentor Andrew Ziff, he hit the ground running. By his second year he earned Top Producer status, for two consecutive years. After three very successful years, Joe noticed the real estate market changing and decided he wanted to see real estate from a different point of view, which was the property management side. He then joined Archstone as a Leasing Consultant, followed by Related Rentals, New York City’s leading luxury rental management company/developer. Joe honed his negotiating skills while learning the intricacies of customer service and property management.

Although Joe has proven market knowledge, which includes Westchester County. What really sets him apart, is his extreme dedication to customer service. All that matters to him, is his clients needs and wants. Joe believes this philosophy is the only way to assure his clients find the perfect home. Joe knows the importance of being patient, attentive and honest, so that he may navigate his clients through nuances of the real estate process from beginning to end.

Joe is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Washington Heights but now lives in Westchester County. Joe is a husband, father to two kids and a step-daughter. He loves the Yankees, Giants and Lakers. Before chasing his real estate dream, Joe was a NYC Police Officer.
