The Huber Opera House and Civic Center

The Huber Opera House & Civic Center was saved from destruction in 1999. Depending upon donations, rentals, grants, and volunteers, it has become a beautiful venue for many types of use. The stage, with its historic hemp and pulley system, is being updated for productions and entertainers. The auditorium has comfortable fixed seating and an area of no fixed seating that makes it perfect for dinner theaters and dancing. Many brides have walked the aisle at the Huber to a beautiful wedding up front or on the stage. The community room is rented for parties, showers, and meetings. Donations are extremely important to the Huber and your donations are tax deductible, since the Huber is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
