We offer strength and conditioning classes seven days a week, as well as manual therapy with corrective exercises and individualized strength programming. Our Elements Course provides newcomers with close instruction in fundamental movements and safe technique. With a 6,000 square foot facility and ample equipment, the LAB is an ideal space for strength and conditioning training.
