Owner Anna Stanley Kahriman (ASK) has more than ten (10) years experience advocating for consumer clients in chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies and bankruptcy litigation, debt collection defense, and FDCPA actions. ASK is a title agent of Fidelity National Title and represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate, real estate litigation, and landlord and tenant matters such as prosecution and defense of evictions and violations of Chicago's RLTO. In addition, ASK represents plaintiffs and defendants in general litigation matters, including breach of contract and mortgage foreclosure.
