It all started on the farm that is The Living Farm.
The Living Farm is located less than 5 miles from the The Living Farm Cafe and Inn.
The Living Farm is where, Chef and Owner of The Living Farm Cafe and Inn, Mike Gillespie grew up. Mikes father, Tom Gillespie, is the 3rd generation farmer on The Living Farm.
Mikes brother and sister are the 4th generation farmers and Mike found his passion was in farming though in a different capacity, cooking and utilizing the amazing fresh food that is produced on the farm.
Mike and his family open The Living Farm Cafe and Inn in 2012. This gave The Living Farm a great and close market for their meat and produce and it fulfills Mikes desire to cook good for others! Come in, eat fresh healthy food and join the Gillespie family!
