The Park Imperial

The Park Imperial, developed by Related Companies, is located at 230 West 56th Street in Midtown Manhattan. The building's lower floors are home to the publishing company Random House, with an entrance on Broadway. The 101 luxury residential units encompass the top floors of the building and have a separate entrance on 56th Street.

The building's exterior and the interiors of the office portion were designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.The design was given the Award of Merit from New York Construction upon completion in 2002. The residential structure and interior was designed by Ismael Leyva and Adam D. Tihany.

The residences at The Park Imperial are sleek and modern in design with ebony-stained mahogany flooring, 10-foot ceilings, marble bathrooms, and large windows that offer exceptional views of Manhattan, Central Park, and the Hudson River. The Park Imperial is close to Central Park, Columbus Circle and the Theater District.

Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, a full-service garage, a health club and a private residents’ lounge. Residents also have access to the Imperial Club on the 47th floor, which boasts state-of-the-art fitness and business centers.
