At The Pilates Twist, we teach Pilates and put "the Pilates twist" on barre, suspension training (Bodhi™), and strength/balance training (MOTR™), using Pilates principles to make your workouts more effective, efficient, and safe. We specialize in high-quality individual sessions and small group classes that allow our expert teachers to tailor the workout to focus on your needs and goals.
