The Place Party Hall

The Place in Elmwood Place is available to rent on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We offer a huge mirrored dance floor, cushioned banquet chairs, 6 foot banquet tables, DJ Booth, Lounge, Bar area, refrigeration, and ice machine. You can bring your own food and drink to our facility. Rental rates for a 5 hour party are $600 for Saturday, $500 for Friday and $400 for Sunday. Set up time is free!
