Chief Elder Milton is an American Pentecostal Apostolic Preacher . Founder & current leadership of The Praise Apostolic Ministries in Suffolk, Virginia . Bro Milton was ( born on February 4, 1984 ) his parents the late Elder Charles N, Milton and Evangelist Brenda L, Milton . Evangelist Milton name her son middle name Jeremiah from the bible, a.k.a Jeremy . Bishop in Suffolk, Virginia Prophesied on his life as a boy to be a preacher . He was baptized in a Norfolk , Virginia church .
Age 16 was filled with the holy ghost in the car on August 20, 2000 going to Hertford , North Carolina for a 3:00 pm Choir Anniversary Service .
He sat under very strict pentecostal ministers bible teaching . God called him in the ministry in 2001 but he was afraid . Bro Milton grew up in a Apostolic church and attended church in Virginia where the atmosphere was real evil against him on a daily basis . Bro Milton is a youth rights activist leader, meaning the rights that young preachers is allow to minister, the word of God anywhere . He endure hardships because of his stand for young preachers in the church .
The former church Bro Milton attended didn't agree with young preachers, teachers, and evangelists on their pulpit in the gospel . After four years in that assembly Bro Milton knew he was not going to have a fair ministerial trial .
Bro Milton will not compromise with the church about the youth issue . His former pastor didn't pray with him on the call and didn't read scriptures with him .
In 2001 Bro Milton was in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania to see his family . On that friday night Bro Milton and family they fellowship with Evangelist Milton former Apostolic Church home in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania she love so dearly . the current pastor of the church was teaching bible study and stopped teaching and asked Bro Milton is you a preacher, Bro Milton said no . God send his spiritual confirmation to him .
A year later God told him to praise me and Bro Milton praise God Continually . He accepted the call to the ministry . Bro Milton love this scripture psalms divided 84:11 no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly .
Bro Milton asked God to give him permission to start a ministry, God grandet permission to him . With God help and guidance . He will direct this ministry to holiness he realized that Jesus had something greater for him and launched out by faith to plant a beautiful ministry in Jesus Name .
Bro Milton ministered in Chesapeake , Virginia . book : 1 Samuel chapter 16:1-23, theme : I was over looked by peoples but God anoint me . In 2005 Bro Milton was ordained and license minister in Suffolk , Virginia and started The Praise Apostolic Ministry . in our ministry the scripture Isaiah chapter 43: 21 is us .
The late and great Evangelist Brenda Milton had a vision of a church name Soul Refuge . She was a powerful woman in the lord, she passed away on September 27, 2002 with a lifetime battle with a heart disease . Minister Milton started Soul Refuge Apostolic Heart Foundation Ministry, and he is the overseer of The Praise and Soul Refuge combine ministry .
He asked God why the saints whispered, conspired on him, lie, try to tear down his credibility, his integrity, manipulate him , misused and spiritual abuse him .Three years later God said to Minister Milton, I show you to not be like them, the saints didn't follow my word, he understand why .
He also asked God why did you call me in the ministry . one year later God said why not you, You been faithful , you obeyed my word and you are humble so why not you he said nothing .
In 2007 he join the fellowship in Chesapeake , Virginia . 8 months later became the right hand man to the pastor. The pastor was very sick and ill of age the church had a meeting on the office of a co-pastor the church elected Minister Milton the right hand man .
The saints elected him because he was faithful, obeyed God, and he was so humble that 's what God said to, he didn't received the yes from God so he didn't accept the office .
He have shown he's love and dedication for souls and the kingdom of Jesus . He have invested he's live into the ministry, Minister Milton deeply appreciate all the churches who took a chance on him .
The generosity, hospitality and friendships that have been extended to him will never be forgotten . In 2008 Minister Milton renamed the ministries to The Praise Apostolic Ministries and Soul Refuge Apostolic Ministries .
The Praise Apostolic Ministries, had a service to Installed the executive board of council committee in the circle of faith , we have one secretary with two trustees .
2010 he was elected Chief Minister head of the famliy . He have made an indelible mark on the lives of countless souls in numerous churches in Virginia .
The Praise Apostolic Ministries executive board of council observe him for months to be able to perform Marrige in Virginia and he passed the necessary requirements in the bible .
The Praise Apostolic Ministries, By fasting and praying had a service for him by given him credentials to the court to perform marriages in Virginia on October 1, 2011 .
He snowed great leadership ability and was appointed and ordained to the office of Elder on July 1,2012 Sunday Morning Worship Service .
He's spiritual gentle touch and passionate preaching and teaching the word of Jesus . It is evident that Jesus has anointed this man of God for the ministry .
The Praise Apostolic Ministries received a strong positive response from people about the ministry . Chief Elder Milton was asked by a church council to be their associate minister, he received no answer from Jesus so he didn't accept the office .
Chief Elder Milton is a young dynamic and charismatic speaker whose grasp of the scripture reaches far beyond his years .
