Charles Scauzzo started his real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway Select Properties. Since then, he has helped solidify deals and helped his clients achieve their real estate goals. To further his career, Charles decided to join forces with the #1 Real Estate Brokerage in St. Louis, Coldwell Banker Gundaker and recruit a team member to further his success. Charles thought, who better to recruit than his very own sister, Margit Scauzzo. Thus, The Scauzzo Group was established.

Both Charles and Margit graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Charles earned a B.S. from the Trulaske College of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance, while Margit earned her B.A. in Communications and Public Relations. Charles and Margit are only 11 months apart in age, so they are close and work well together. They push each other to achieve their goals.

Charles and Margit are experienced with both buyers and sellers and expanding their clientele.
