The Sustainable Bite

We are only serving lunch right now. We create unique soups sandwiches and wraps.
We make all of our own uncured lunch meats and get our cured meats from Tillamook meat. It is very high quality local pepperoni and ham. We smoke our own turkey and roast beef for 8-12 hours rubbed with locally grown spices. We make our own soup stock from scratch and create unique soups everyday. We get our produce locally from Brickyard Farms, Valley Fresh Produce and farmers markets. We get some produce from Fredmeyer right now because this time of year is short on some of our needs, but it is organic and we make sure it is from the closest source available. We are working toward creating something more seasonally feasible for this time of year next year, but this year we are coming into produce time so we will stick to our current structure. We are not Gluten free, but we will make accommodations and good food for those that have an intolerance by serving food that has no gluten. We will make vegan and vegetarian food as well. We don't like the idea of being tied down to a menu and so we won't be. We will likely be able to make something that is delicious to you though. We will have a few specials and our menu will change everyday. We are not a fancy restaurant...we just make good food.
We compost most of our waste and use it in our garden instead of sending it to a landfill. Permaculture and Sustainability is our goal.
