The Tasting Experience

The Tasting Experience specializes in premium California boutique wines and local craft beers. We also have olive oils and balsamic vinegars available for tasting. We now have several Charcuterie platters with assorted meats and cheeses, which will pair nicely with your tastings.

Experience wines from Chalone (Monterey County), Pietra Santa (San Benito County), Klinker Brick (Lodi) Black Stallion (Los Carneros and Napa), Broadside (Arroyo Grande), EOS (Paso Robles) and Fiddletown Cellars(Sierra Foothills, Amador County), T-Vine(Calistoga)

Our wine portfolio has a wide range of varietals such as Rose, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Grenache, GSM, Sangiovese blend, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel.

Our beer portfolio consists of local craft beer from Big Sur Golden, Monterey Bay Wheat, Dragonslayer IPA, Fat Lip Amber Ale and Monk's Brown Ale.
