The Thrifty Anemone

I started my Etsy shop, The Thrifty Anemone, back in 2013. It became a way for me to save vintage items from a thrift shop or garage sale, make them beautiful again, and find them a loving home!
The store name is simple. As my mother says, I'm "thrifty" and Anemones are one of my favorite flowers.
When I was looking into examples of what i should put into my "About" section for my store it suggested I write about my "work space." Well, I don't really have one work space. In my home all I have is a few totes I keep all my listings in to keep them safe, some drawers I keep my shipping supplies in, and my kitchen where I beautify and take photographs of my listings. All of my excitement happens outside my home! I explore thrift stores in my area several times a month for diamonds in the rough! I also explore garage sales seasonally and estate sales when I can. My husband and I love going to antique stores but usually the things I find there I keep for myself!
