The Training Pit Camps are high-intensity training that burn up to 1200 calories per class. It is a total body resistance workout along paired with cardiovascular training. The classes are a combination of obstacle course training, cross-fit type exercises and military drills. Wether you are a beginner, weekend warrior, mud run enthusiast or elite athlete, the TRAINING PIT is for YOU!
Camps rotate in 4 week Intervals. MWF at 5am & 9am and on M, Tu& Th at 6pm.
