At USOH, we are committed to transparency within reason, a firm no debt policy, wise stewardship of resources and collaboration. Like many non-profit organizations, we are faced with the challenge of greater client needs mixed with limited resource capabilities. Due to our no debt policy, there are many times we have to say no to a client need or program proposal. Therefore, we limit our resources to five areas of concentration.
