On May 18, 2006, local community leaders joined Mercy Works staff, administration and volunteers to celebrate the opening of The Vision Center in downtown Syracuse. The building was once nothing more than an eyesore, after years of abandon. But with a little vision and focus the building is surpassing all expectations.
