About Our Classes
Ashtanga - A challenging, dynamic, body and mind-balancing prescription for strength and flexibility. Breath-synchronized movement creates heat to help increase flexibility and purify the body. Ashtanga addresses the push muscles and back core, which makes it great opposition training for climbers.
VinyasaFlow - An energetic, athletic, flowing fusion of breath and movement designed to ignite both the body and spirit. This is not your grandma’s yoga class (although she’s welcome to attend)…be prepared to sweat!
SlowFlow - An inward journey with a focus on engaging the breath to calm the mind and body, push the reset button. Slower, progressive sequences lead to longer holding postures; the body is eased into greater openness and flexibility.
YinYoga - Postures are held for an extended period of time (typically 5-7 minutes), which gives them a chance to move into the connective tissues and darker areas of the body that are otherwise neglected. This class is a must for any athlete truly wanting to increase their flexibility and minimize their potential for injury.
