Mornings: Monday-Friday 8am - Noon
Afternoons: Monday-Thursday 4pm - 8:30pm
Friday 4pm - 7:30pm
Weekends: Saturday: 9am to Noon

Personal Training - From personal training to health screenings and seminars, we will help you meet your goals. Choose your personal trainers for technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
Group Fitness - Enjoy a complete schedule of classes and description of exercise programs including yoga, spinning, power pump, step aerobics and more.
Hydro Massage Threraphy Bed - After a hard workout relax your muscles and target areas of the body that need instant massage therapy.
Nutrition - Our personal trainers provides private nutritional guidance for members seeking to improve their eating habits for better health; prevent or manage disease; lose or gain weight; increase energy; or achieve their optimal athletic performance.
Locker Rooms - Enjoy expansive men's and women's locker rooms complete with televisions, a lounge area, dry sauna, and more.
