Three Rivers Martial Arts Academy

We hoild classes in TaeKwon-Do (Chung do kwan system) Judo, Hapkido and Boxing. We train in the use of the 5 traditional Okinowan weapons and at Black Belt the use of the Japanese Sword. We do training for Law Enforcement and specialized training for SWAT Teams. We have a specialized program for women called W.I.S.E. - Women Initiating Safe Environments . We have 3904 graduates from this program with 24 documented saves. In 2005 the US Army contracted with Three Rivers Martial Arts to develope and train troops in a Close Quarters Combat Program - CQC. We trainied 2300 troops that summer with no down time injuries. All the troops returned home safely the following year without a combat casualty.
