Has had much success in weight loss as well as fitness boot camps. When you arrive at the training site, you should stretch until formation time. Our warm-ups usually consist of full body stretches, and total body flexibility exercises to prepare your system for the upcoming session, The type of exercises vary, but you can expect circuit training, strength training, cardio, jump-rope, plyometrics, obstacle courses, and much more.
