Tony Sacco's was founded in July of 2008 by Chuck Senatore and George Kurajian in Estero, FL. All of our food is cooked in our custom built, 1000 degree Fahrenheit, Anthracite Coal-Burning Oven. This method of cooking creates a flavor profile unlike anything you have ever tasted! Our pizza dough is prepared from scratch, and stretched by hand the old-fashioned way. Our pizza sauce is rich with Italian plum tomatoes, fresh basil, and garlic for a true old-world taste! We use only the best mozzarella available and we are so picky about taste that we filter all of our water used for our sandwich bread, pizza dough, and beverages. We don't use any freezers, fryers, or microwave ovens.
