After growing up in Italy, Anthony "Uncle Tony" learned his cooking skills in the Italian kitchens of New York City where he was taught by some of the best cooks in the world. It was there he learned the Italian "family secret" recipes that are passed from generation to generation and make Italian food among the best in the world.

Now, the younger generation, with Tony's son Dom and Cousin Carlos leading the team, is working alongside Chef Tony and the results ... well, you'll have to try it yourself and be the judge. Dom and Carlos take the same pride in their cooking skills that Tony does - in fact, they frequently argue about who makes the best food.

This is such an "old family business", that you'll likely see Dom's wife working at the Indialantic restaurant and Dom's daughter and Uncle Tony's youngest son running around the restaurants in the evenings as yet another generation learns what it's like to grow up in the Italian restaurant business.

If you're near Cocoa on I-95, you can jump off at Exit 202 (State Road 524), grab a pie and be back on I-95 in under five minutes ... or, if you're beachside, our great food is the perfect compliment to turn a good day at the beach into a GREAT day at the beach.
