Osage County Health Department at 1115 E. 15th Street, Pawhuska, Oklahoma.
Weigh in is at 5:15 pm, Meeting begins at 5:30 pm. (last door on the right)

Membership is open to anyone who has a desire to lose weight.

Dues are 32.00 per year for national dues and 1.00 per week for local dues.
