About

JJ Torres started his professional career in the mortgage industry in 2003 quickly learning the mortgage industry fundamentals. An ability to manage large volumes meanwhile keeping an eye on the importance aspect of customer service allowed JJ to achieve high success during the real estate boom. In the midst of change, JJ decided to dig in and seize the opportunity and become an industry leader by becoming licensed as one of the original Licensed Loan Officers implemented by the Dodd Frank Act of 2010 and continue to contribute positive influence in the mortgage industry. Dedicating his time to mastering loan product knowledge and positioning himself with empowered and reputable mortgage companies, JJ has had the privilege to work alongside the Top Mortgage Originators in America.

In 2015 JJ partnered with Fairway Mortgage, a top tier mortgage banker that has direct endorsement with Fannie, Freddie, Gennie and Private Portfolio Products. Equipped with robust loan options, JJ has specialized in Jumbo Financing, Conventional Financing, All FHA products, and has become a preferred lender for Down Payment Assistance Programs. With a dedicated transaction coordinator, processor, assistant processor and underwriter; JJ has taken a detailed approach in building a loan process that takes advantage of 13 years of experience and his personal drive for excellence.
