Town & Country Sports and Health Club

Town & Country is the largest sports and health club in the Tri-State area. It is complete with a family-friendly Health Club, Indoor and Outdoor Soccer Fields, a variety of other Sports Activities, and much more. Come see what Town & Country is all about!

We offer a variety of FITNESS activities to help meet your family’s fitness goals. We pride ourselves on making T&C a family oriented health club that meets everyone’s personal needs. Our facility is filled with amenities for every fitness level. Every membership comes with access to our two indoor pools, a weight room equipped with machines and free-weights, two floors of new cardio equipment, a Spinning and Group Fitness Studio, Men’s, Women’s, and Family locker rooms, 50+ Group Exercise Classes per week. We also offer Child Care for children newborn to 8 years of age, Children’s Programs, Tanning Beds, Personal Training, TRX classes, and Group Training. We have recently added a new Barre Studio. In our Barressentials class you will be using the barre and additional props to complete a full-body, Pilates-based, non-impact workout. We also offer Surf Fit classes, which will allow you to achieve better balance, agility and control while building lean muscle and a stronger core with the instability of the constant "wave" created by the RipSurfer X surfboard by SurfSet. Barressentials and Surf Fit packages are available for an additional fee, but your first class is free! There is something for everyone!

Sports Offerings: including our Outdoor World Cup Size Soccer Field (complete with NEW synthetic turf), the Largest Indoor Soccer Field in the Area, 1 ½ Basketball Courts, Indoor Volleyball Courts, and a Baseball/Softball Hitting & Pitching Cage.
