•If cancellation is necessary, please give a 24-hour notice. In the event of your first cancellation less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your service fee. The 2nd time it happens and anytime thereafter, you are charged for the FULL PRICE of the service. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner’s discretion.
•Sessions will begin and end at scheduled times. If you arrive late, or for any reason the session is terminated other than practioners’ reasoning, you will lose that time off your session. No full or partial refunds will be given.
•Card or Cash is required to schedule an appointment.
•Clients must provide a health history and update when necessary.
•If you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, poison ivy, skin rash, anything contagious please RESCHEDULE your appointment.
•Please do not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; massage can be dangerous to you under these conditions.
•Sexual harassment is NOT tolerated.
•If the practitioner’s safety feels compromised, the session is stopped immediately.
•For insurance claims prescriptions are required from your Physician prior to treatment.
•Wear loose or comfortable clothes.
•For out-calls ONLY the Therapist and the Client are allowed in the treatment area.
•Please Allow a 15 min initial set up and a 15 min. clean time period. This allows you the FULL TIME of your service.
The therapist is NOT responsible for the loss of your valuables or personal property.
