Transform NOLA

Get stronger, calmer and more flexible at Transform NOLA, a yoga and personal training studio located in uptown New Orleans. Owner Mia, an E-RYT 500 (Yoga Alliance) and ACE-certified personal trainer, has created a blend of yin and yang, gentle and challenging, to meet the long-term health needs of her students.

Vinyasa yoga and TRX workout classes incorporating TRX Suspension Training System, Pilates and other functional training are offered throughout the week at per class rates or five, ten and twenty class packages. Additionally, we offer an eight weekend, 200-hour yoga teacher training affiliated with Rolf Gates Yoga. Private or group sessions are also available at the studio, or in the privacy of your home or place of business. Other services include life coaching, workshops, corporate events and conventions.
