Tricia's Troops Cancer Connection

Tricia’s Troops Cancer Connection began serving the community in May of 2011. A year earlier, our co-founder and mother of two young children was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer at the age of 35 and experienced the great needs associated with battling the disease. Surrounded by a loving system of support from family and friends, she made it her mission to ensure that nobody would have to go through cancer without the same level of support and care that she was fortunate to receive.

Today, the organization helps create and sustain a community of support for people living with and affected by cancer by providing financial assistance to families in need and providing service coordination to help cancer fighters and their families meet their daily living needs. Tricia Wright passed away on April 26, 2012 but her mission continues in the organization she founded.
