Trivette Clinic

This historic building was used as a hospital from 1932 - 1938. Following Dr. Trivette's death, the clinic was sold and used as a supper club, detox center, and nursing home. It was a nursing home until the late 1950's. It has since been used as a private home, and more recently as office space.
It is currently part of Harmony Gardens Nursery. We currently offer ghost tours, ghost hunts, or you may rent the grounds for weddings or other events. All proceeds go into helping preserve the structure.
The building is said to be one of the most paranormally active places in Iredell County.
