I massage the individual on my table and customize the session to the need of the client. I have 12 years in the social work field, Master's Degree in Social Work, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Associate of Science, and a 200 hour yoga instruction certificate and years of experience working with people of all walks of life and body types. I love people and want to keep helping them in new ways.

I give straight forward work because I believe in massage therapy! It is something that helps me feel better, stay healthy, and manage life's day to day challenges. I won't try to sell you products or services that you don't need because I don't do retail. I make my own schedule so if you need 10 more minutes and have nowhere to be, and I have the time, I just do it at no extra cost. I won't end having done just one foot because I have to get the next client on the table as fast as possible. My schedule is also flexible and I can do late or early appointments.

I have been a big guy all of my life and in massage that means my pressure can go from light to deep (most therapist really can't do deep work). My pressure is more consistent from the start of the stroke to the end of it because I don't have to put a foot on the wall or stand on you to achieve it.

I know how intimidating being different can be. I provide a safe, accepting, healing environment for you to relax and allow your body to access the healing it stores inside. I look forward to helping you!
