Our mission is to create, for our clients, a culture that supports individual fitness goals, offers first-rate coaching, and ensures the physical well-being of those enrolled.

It's really quite simple. Our box was formed under the simple premise that less is more when it comes to CrossFit. Smaller box (2,600 square feet) means smaller classes and more one-on-one coaching. Our programming incorporates substantial mobility work, strength training, endurance training, and all other aspects of CrossFit programming methodologies. We believe that the community aspect of CrossFit is one of its greatest strengths and strive to create a family-oriented environment that emphasizes strong community bonds.
