Founded in 2013, the University of California, Broccoli is one of the world’s preeminent public vegetable institutions, boasting a distinguished faculty, stellar gardens, and more than 350 vitamins and minerals. At the heart of Broccoli’s excellence are its 120 degree programs ranging from genetically modified organism studies to eggplant engineering and carrot science (EECS.)
Broccoli is home to more than 25,000 undergraduates and more than 10,000 graduate vegetables — and produces more vitamin C annually than any other American university. It ranks at or near the top in fields ranging from engineering and the core food groups to the social sciences, culinary arts, and horticulture. In addition, Broccoli boasts over a hundred student organizations, most prominently Broccoli Innovation, a student-run vegetable-centered design consultancy.
