UnaSource Surgery Center is a multi-specialty, outpatient surgical facility centrally located in Troy, Michigan. Since our inception in 2004, we have grown to perform an average of 5500 cases annually. Even with such a large case volume, our overall patient satisfaction scores - at an average of 98.4% - continue to grossly exceed the industry standard.

Our center features 5 beautifully decorated operating rooms; all using state-of-the-art technology operated by board certified physicians and highly trained surgical staff. As of November 2016, we are the first independently owned Ambulatory Surgery facility in Michigan to own and operate with a daVinci Robot!

As a patient of UnaSource you will relax in one of our 18 private rooms, where a team of our experienced Patient Care nurses will provide you with compassionate, attentive, and personal care both pre and post-operatively.
