Open to Experienced and Novice Practitioners

We have an innovative Introduction Program, an integrative women’s program, resident athletes with us full time from various teams, open professional training sessions for anyone interested - free of charge - three times a week, and instruction by some of the best in the world.

Unity Jiu Jitsu welcomes those new to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to come and learn in a supportive, friendly environment and encourages experienced practitioners to join us as we further explore the sport.

Grand Opening Week-Long Jiu Jitsu Festival begins January 31st!
