University Place at Sunnyside

University Place is one of WVU’s newest complexes with University Apartments. With a premier location next to WVU’s downtown campus and all utilities included in the cost of rent, students can focus on what matters most to them. We give students the “full-college experience.” With fully-furnished apartments and studios, comfortable study lounges, on-site fitness center, fun on-site retailers and community events; students can balance work and play in one great location!

University Place offers individual leases, roommate matching and the option to pay rent through your student account. UPlace promotes independent living for the students with no RA’s and no closures during breaks. We have on-site management and maintenance staff along with a courtesy patrol officer to sweeten the deal and make UPlace a safe and secure building.
