We are completely and wholly dedicated to teaching the best there is in 1) fitness training - including personal training & group settings, 2) fight training - self defense and hand to hand combat - standing, ground & improvised weapon, 3) first-aid training - the same "self-aid" & "buddy-aid" skills that work for SWAT teams and combat troops can work for you as well. You just never know when you'll need it at home or on the road.
We started out serving the men and women of all law enforcement as well as our US military. We are now expanding our expertise to all civilians for a better tactically trained citizenry.
