Urban Eats Arts and Music Cafe is a neighborhood Arts and Music cafe located in The Artspace USA's Mount Rainier Artist Lofts. Mount Rainier, Md. is part of the Gateway Arts District of Prince George's County, Maryland and is one block north of the Washington, D.C. border.
Urban Eats Cafe offers a food arts menu of delicious and nutritious American favorites (i.e., burgers, hot dogs, pizzas and chicken wingettes), lite bites, and delectable desserts.

As a social entrepreneurial venture, owned and operated by two Social Workers who we are dedicated to providing job training, supporting local musicians, performance arts, visual artists and building community.

Our hours are Wed. 11am-7pm or 8pm, Thurs. 11am-7pm or 9pm & Fri. 11am-10p. Sat 10a-6p and Sun 11a-5p- CLOSED on Mon. and Tues.

Urban Eats is available for events (rentals), Mondays, Tuesdays and weekend evenings.

At Urban Eats take rest and relaxation VERY SERIOUSLY ... therefore we take time off during the year. They are: the week of Thanksgiving, two weeks during Christmas and New Year Holiday and the last week of August and the first week of September (Labor Day).
We appreciate you for understanding our need to close and catch up with family and friends.

FREE: Parking Lot across the street from City Hall. (3500 Block of Perry Street). On Sundays metered parking is Free; otherwise it's 25¢ for 15 minutes.
