Val's Sun & Shape is a locally owned and operated tanning and fitness center. Our positive atmosphere and inspiring staff will assist you in reshaping your body and enhancing your well-being from the inside out. The women-only fitness center boasts 42 robotic toning machines, various pieces of cardio equipment, a Saunalite bike, and Rollertables. We also offer tanning, Infrared Light Therapy, and massage for both men and women. We have 21 tanning units which include levels 1-5 beds, stand-up capsules, and leg tanners.
