Veda Studios offers Dance, Martial Arts, and Yoga Classes to individuals and families in N. Asheville! Childcare is available via reservation on the Schedule page (below)

In addition to movement classes, Veda Studios provides the following wellness services:
Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Integrative massage therapy modalities. Cranialsacral and polarity therapy is also available! See the Wellness page (below)

There are two large movement rooms for classes as well as a practitioner room dedicated to therapeutic massage for when you are ready to dive even deeper into your exploration in health.

As a holistic health and wellness destination with an emphasis on community building, the primary goal is to provide a safe space for individuals to explore, develop, and fulfill their passion for a creative path to a healthy lifestyle. With the belief that community and health go hand in hand, they are striving to connect like-minded individuals.

Veda Studio's sister business, Nectar, is a vegan, raw foods restaurant & juice bar. With all of this in place, it is a great opportunity to make connections.
