At Vertical Academy Workout, we offer fierce and feminine vertical and pole classes in a bright and clean studio environment. Increase your strength, grace, and confidence with the help of a certified instructor today!

Our friendly instructors guide women of all levels and abilities through fun pole dancing lessons and sexy fitness classes in our Highlands Ranch studio. No experience is necessary and you’ll be surprised at how comfortable and encouraging our pole classes feel.

Classes consist of flexibility and strength training, pole spins, climbs, floor work, transitions, combinations, and pole tricks. Vertical workout and pole classes are known for their core and upper body strengthening exercises and have a reputation for helping women find confidence in their physical abilities and appearance.

We host classes several evenings each week, as well as on Saturdays. We also offer special weeknight and weekend workshops like Chairlesque and Burlesque & Bubbly.Private sessions are available if you prefer individual instruction over group classes. We cap our classes at 14 ladies to ensure an individualized environment even within the group setting.
