Pastor David L. Wyche, Sr. is a native of New Jersey; Pastor Wyche is well respected and known for his commitment to excellence, specializing in general service, Episcopal and church protocol. David is the pastor and founder of Victory in Praise Ministries (VIP), his purpose is to go into every man’s world; encouraging, teaching, and challenging the hearts and minds of individuals with the empowering message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Wyche began his journey in ministry in 2005 after receiving the Holy Spirit in the Faith Tabernacle United Holy Church under the leadership of the late Elder James F. McCrae. It was not until 2007 after meeting his spiritual father, His Grace, Bishop Wayne L Johnson that his desire to preach the gospel and passion to serve the church and the men of God was cultivated. Pastor Wyche and family joined Bibleway Deliverance Center and under the leadership of Bishop Johnson, Pastor Wyche became a minister in training and was appointed Adjutant-Apostolic and soon after elevated to the office of Chief Adjutant. The passion for this ministry was so great and feeling the need to perfect the craft and responsibility of it, in 2008 and 2009 Pastor Wyche attended and received outstanding citation from the Adjutancy department of the Joint College of African-American Pentecostal Bishops. In October of 2009 David having such a passion to serve, seeing the need for proper training and wanting to bring a standard of excellence to the fellowship brought the idea of creating a department of adjutants throughout the fellowship. In 2010 the BDCF Adjutancy was establishing, where David serves as Adjutant-General and the vision and servant training ministry of Pastor D, “Order of Divine Excellence” was born.

Pastor Wyche attended and completed tours of study at several bible colleges, namely Somerset Christian College, Pheuma Bible College, Eastern Bible Institute and United Christian Bible College. In May, 2010 Pastor Wyche received license of ministry. Knowing the greater call God had for him Pastor Wyche accepted, and on September 16, 2012, Pastor David L. Wyche, Sr. was ordained and installed as pastor and founder of VIP Ministries, Inc. by his pastor and spiritual father Bishop Wayne L. Johnson, Presiding Prelate of Bibleway Deliverance Covent Fellowship.

Pastor David L. Wyche, Sr. believes in a call to holy, spirit-filled living and social renewal, his Five Fold Mission is to Evangelize, Encourage, Empower, Equip and Expand through loving, liberating and pushing all mankind to the next dimension of Gods purpose in life. He strives to be a transparent and practical, reaching people on every level and always maintaining connection and awareness to the pulse of the community and aboard. People and soul saving is the #1 priority of his ministry he believes that in the kingdom and the church everyone is a VIP.

Pastor Wyche is married to Lady Keisha Wyche, they are the proud parents building and leading a legacy for their seven children: David, Jr., Dillion, Devin, Daysha, Dmitri, Dominic and Darius Wyche.
