Although I don't have a personal transformation story...I've had a passion for fitness and exercising for as long as I can remember. I love the feeling of getting a good workout in and looking forward to that feeling the next time I can workout.
My main goal is to set an example, inspire, and teach others using my personal experiences and education to help them achieve their goals.
