I began my journey to become a personal trainer when I myself hit rock bottom. I was addicted to chewing tobacco and spent 4 to 5 nights a week in the bars. One day I snapped and decided to take matters into my own hands. I started climbing the 46 peaks in the Adirondacks, and take on Obstacle course racing in 2010. 6 years later, I've raced in multiple Obstacle course races, half marathons, Duathalon, Trail races, GORUCK events and took on learning CrossFit. Taking all these classes and running all these races I because addicted to Fitness and here we are today, a few certifications later and can only grow from here.
