Guest House is a 1910 Home with Tree House and Tiny House 15 Minutes from PDX Airport. Our propety is located on a city street within the city limits of Washougal and was built in 1910. Our guest house is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We are walking distance to the Columbia and Washougal Rivers and an easy stroll to downtown. Our little downtown of Washougal is growing fast, with amazing food and drink within just a few blocks. We recommend Our Bar for breakfast, Amnesia Brewery for beers, Harth Wood Oven Bistro or The Sushi Joint for dinner, Washougal Coffee Company for coffee and pastries, and Bigfoot Bar for karaoke.
Our home could be described as rustic, eclectic, and charming, on a large city lot. The main 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has 3 queen sized beds upstairs, and 1 king bedroom downstairs, which is connected to a bathroom with claw foot tub, large stocked kitchen, dining nook, tv area, pellet stove, tree swing, porch swing, back patio, bbq, 2-3 person soaking tub, 2-3 person sauna, and private washer and dryer, with plenty of places for lounging inside and out, and optional access to our Tree House and Tiny House.
