The Palm Bay Office

Our Palm Bay Office opened on July 1st, 2012, which is our newest accomplishment in our Brevard County area. We opened up the Palm Bay office from listening to our customers to better serve the South. We have over 20 agents who are willing to give to the people, the most outstanding service! We work hard to make lives easier. Our motivating agents are actively involved in our community by participating in events such as; Woofstock Brevard, the Daily Bread, a local food pantry, the Friday Fest, the Light Parade of St. Cloud, and in School Events. The Palm Bay Office commits to charities to benefit organizations for instance, the National Kidney Foundation, and the American Heart Association.

Palm Bay is located on the South end of Brevard and convenient to I-95, US-1, major causeways, and beaches. Palm Bay has 4-year universities, 2-year colleges, junior colleges, vocational schools, job training programs, and technical certification programs. Most known colleges are, Brevard Community College (BCC) with a partnership with the University of Central Florida (UCF), Florida International Technical Institute (FIT), Keiser University, and Everest University. The University of Central Florida guarantees that any student graduating from Brevard Community College with an associate’s degree is guaranteed admission into UCF. That is a big plus for some BCC students as UCF has become one of Florida’s more selective public universities for admissions. It also shows UCF’s trust in the quality of a BCC degree. Beyond sharing students, the two institutions have built joint-use facilities and regional campuses together.

Brevard County has numerous of attractions to enjoy; Andretti Thrill Park, The Ted Moorhead Lagoon House, Marine Resource Council, Palm Bay Regional Park, Majors Golf Club, A giant Orange restored by the Melbourne Rotary Club for Disabled American Veterans, St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Miller Street, Foosaner Art Museum, Liberty Bell Memorial Museum, Historic Rossetter House Museum & Gardens, and many more. One of our most visited attractions is the St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Miller Street, a vibrant parish now located in the heart of Palm Bay to this day. The original Miller Street Church is still standing, and, in fact, is Palm Bay's oldest structure and on the National Register of Historic Buildings. Today, Palm Bay is the 19th largest city in Florida by population with more than 100,000 residents and is the ninth largest city by size, covering 97 square miles. It encompasses 900 miles of paved roads, and is a haven for high-tech companies. With the recent opening of the Lagoon House, a visitors' center and public information resource for the Indian River Lagoon Scenic Highway, we remain a city focused on the future. Yet in many ways, we still retain the charming characteristics of that original small town situated on a scenic bay of the Indian River Lagoon.
