Attorney Carol J. Wessels is an experienced attorney representing elderly and disabled individuals for over 25 years. She represents clients with issues such as long term care planning, Medicaid (Title 19), special needs trusts, asset protection, guardianship, probate, and financial abuse cases. She also consults with other lawyers such as personal injury attorneys on Medicare Set Aside and special needs trusts. She represents clients all over southeastern Wisconsin and takes some cases in other areas of the state as well.
Attorney Jessica Liebau is an attorney with 5 years' experience in elder law, guardianship, estate planning, special needs trusts and probate.
