West Shore Enterprises, LLC

Stacey and Mark Tompkins founded their home building company in 2002. Since then the company has built and sold 28 homes in the Peekskill/Cortlandt Manor/Putnam Valley areas of Westchester and Putnam Counties NY. The first 10 homes started from a piece of property purchased by Mark Tompkins when he was just 20 years old. Stacey along with engineers and attorneys saw the entire process through from planning to shovel in the ground and through completion.

There is a rich history in their experience of building homes. Their sister company, owned by Stacey Tompkins, is a full service excavation company with a 30 year history. Stacey has also been a licensed Real Estate Broker for 20 years. Combined together they have built an extremely successful custom home building company with a long list of satisfied client/homeowners. Attention to detail and listening to client needs is what is most important, while staying on budget and a time line.
