Westside Bistro

The Westside Bistro, located on the campus of the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas and Nevada Partners, is a neighborhood favorite. Whether meeting for a business lunch or getting together with friends, people enjoy the delicious food and personal service. The lunch buffet ($8.95) changes daily and features freshly made soups, salads, entrees, and desserts. We also offer an a la carte menu ($7.95) that changes every two weeks.

Besides offering delicious food, the Bistro provides practical training to the students studying to become food servers, bus persons, and professional cook students. All proceeds from the Bistro are invested back into the 11 different training programs we offer at the Academy.

Open Monday through Friday for lunch, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. 702-925-2115. Located at the event center entrance of the Academy, 710 W. Lake Mead Blvd., North Las Vegas 89030. The Westside Bistro is also available for private functions such as meetings, receptions, and parties.
