Brad Propst has been cooking Boston Butts on the smoker for years. He has perfected the pulled pork BBQ. Recently he has worked hard to also perfect smoked chicken, turkey, beef brisket, and ribs. Each meat is flamed kissed and hugged with smoke to perfection!
