A few signature dishes that will surely stimulate your palate are cha gio (Vietnamese egg rolls; you have not really had egg rolls until you have one of these), hot curry chicken, grilled chicken salad, sauteed beef over fried potatoes (a customer favorite for over 25 years), egg noodle soup, and pho (pronounced “fuh”)-one of the healthiest and most delicious traditional Vietnamese dishes.
